001 WAKE UP, LION!!

And Guilliman kissed him. And Lion woke up. And he punched Guille in the face.
And scoffed at him. And Guilliman shouted at Cypher. And Cypher laughed.
Some people are asking about more Primarchs coming back, mainly Lion El’Jonson.
This drawing is dedicated to @motokocoeman because her birthday was a couple of days ago. Happy Birthday, Ianfaras!!
This is not canon. It is part of an alternative universe in which Guilliman begins to search and reunite his brothers. A universe in which things are not so epic and the grimdark sometimes intersects with ridiculous or demystifying situations.

The reality is that currently, Lion is in The Rock, the Angelicasta (tower of angels) the mobile Fortress-Monastery of the Dark Angels. Nobody knows where he is but he is asleep (watched and cared for by the Watchers in the Dark, mysterious beings that inhabit the Rock)

CANON: The Webway was created by the Old Ones. The Emperor wanted to use the Webway, to get rid of the warp travel. But soon after, Magnus “did nothing wrong” and screwed everything up.

003 NAILS OR NOT

Modifying the Butcher’s nails caused anomalous behavior to himself. He also sang songs from Mamma Mia the musical. We don’t talk about this. Never. We had to leave it as it was. (The adeptus Mechanicus is Phineas. My brother @richi_juarrero)

CANON: The reality is that any attempt to remove the Butcher’s Nails would have led to Angron’s death and in fact these were slowly killing him.

004 WINTER COAT

And with winter coat i mean their own hair… Or down feathers. 😄
This is one of my favorite drawings. I love to see the primarchs calm and happy. Then the Heresy happened and everything went to Hell.

CANON: The Emperor’s Palace is located in the Himalayas and has so many rooms that it is impossible to control all of them. Unless you’re a Custodian, one of the palace guards and bodyguards of the Emperor.

005 VULKAN HIDE AND SEEK

And after waking Lion up, Guilliman starts looking for Vulkan. He joins the Salamanders in the search for their Primarca, which has been playing hide and seek for millennia…

CANON: Vulkan hid nine artefacts around the galaxy and when his children find them all he will help them again. They still need four more relics. The Engine of Woes, the Obsidian Chariot, the Unbound Flameand the Song of Entropy.

006 PRIMARCH ASSEMBLE… LEMAN!!

Guilliman is still looking for his brothers to help the Empire. This time the one is Leman Russ. Guilliman gets into the Inmaterium and finds him … in terrible conditions.

007 KONRAD CURZE NAKED

We return with the images of the Past. This time from moments before the murder of Konrad.

I could not avoid it. I transformed the Assassin Callidus M’Shen into Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow.

CANON: It’s true. M’shen found Konrad Curze naked, bent and emaciated, covered only with a coat of black feathers.

008 KONRAD CURZE IS BACK!!

In 41k Millenium, Guilliman continues with his quest to recover all his brothers, but Yvraine has resurrected the one he shouldn’t. What a silly mistake! 😅

009 SANGUINIUS AND MAGNUS

This drawing just was intended to be humorous. But when I was drawing these two, I truly felt sadness. Poor Sanguinius … Poor Magnus … In the end, I almost regretted putting the text, because it destroys the dramatic side effect. Some day I will take this drawing, remove the text and improve it all.
(The Emperor is the one who is shouting at Sanguinius).
I was listening to “I was lost without you” and “I’m proud of you” (Mass Effect 3 Ost) while drawing this.

010 RISE SANGUINIUS!

Now that Baal has ended up separated on the other side of the Cicatrix Maledictum, Guilliman must do something. And … what better idea than sending help and resurrecting his brother Sanguinius? What could go wrong?

011 MORTARION RISES!!

Mortarion is in Ultramar! But… Where is Guilliman??!!

012 DAEMONETTE FINDS GUILLIMAN HALO

These are Pain & Panic, two Slaanesh daemonettes. (Slaanesh is the Chaos God of Pleasure).
I cannot believe no one realized that Guilliman stopped bringing the halo when rescuing Leman Russ. No, I had not forgotten to draw it. Leman accidentally ripped it off as he ran his hand over Guilliman’s shoulders. And it has been in the Inmaterium until these two have found it.
Panic should be careful and not touch holy things with the clamp

Guilliman will not recognize that the reason to leave Lion on Terra is not only because of the fights that he has with Leman. It is also because of the uncomfortable and silent moments between him and El’Johnson since Cypher deceived him into kissing Leon in the crypt.

Guilliman and his boys continue to prepare the defenses in Baal. But Cato Sicarius has a… small problem with those Primaris Marines.

Hahahaha!! Rogal Dorn has been on Terra all this time.
He has been hiding and protecting the Emperor. I was very excited when I saw the video of Alfabusa and discovered that he thought like me. Although in my canon the Emperor knows that it is him and speaks to him XD

When I started playing, in the 2nd edition, I read a comment about the possible endings of Rogal and among their deaths, there was also one that said that he had stayed in the palace, hidden and disguised to not be recognized. So I decided I was still there.

019 THERE IS ONLY RABBITS

There are only rabbits … there are only rabbits …
What has happened to make this phrase take the place of “everything is ashes”? The Guard of Death, led by Mortarion, has not landed where it should. Yes, it’s Ultramar, but Ultramar has so many systems, each one with so many little planets … It doesn’t matter if Mortarion insists on it. No, it doesn’t. He does not feel Guilliman’s presence there because his brother is still in Baal, helping with the preparations against the tyrannid swarm. But of course, no one is going to tell him that, with such a hype he has.

023 HALLOWEEN IN TERRA

Magnus tried to warn his father of Horus’s betrayal, but when he was teleported inside the Emperor’s palace, the Primarch destroyed the defenses he had raised and opened a gap to the Warp Space through which thousands of demons entered the palace.

CANON: In the short story “Imperfect” (Nick Kyme), Fulgrim orders Fabius to make a clone of Ferrus, to try and convince him to join Fulgrim himself, playing Regicide. It never works and Fulgrim always kills them so Fabius has to give him a new clone. The clones are imperfect and do not have silver hands, but as this clone has been possessed by the spirit of Ferrus, the hands begin to turn into the usual material. (necrodermis)

Konrad keeps trying to make us see he’s a good guy. Konrad has changed. I think, maybe… 😂

Sanguinius has returned from death. But he suffers strange side effects. He still wants to attack Guilliman. Is it the only side effect of his resurrection?
